Framed by sweeping stone walls — both historic and newly crafted — the design shapes a series of outdoor rooms that feel both intimate and expansive, grounded yet open to the horizon.

Movement flows deliberately through the site, with stone paths guiding the way from the main house to the future guest barn, threading through terraces, gardens, and shaded groves. Each space unfolds naturally, offering shifting experiences of enclosure, prospect, and connection to the surrounding coastal light.

Gravel courts, woodland gardens, and native meadows soften the architecture, while durable materials and restrained planting ensure the landscape will endure and deepen in character over time — an ever-evolving reflection of the place itself.
